This protocol provides a comprehensive set of policies and procedures for responding to and preventing instances of abuse, harassment, and misconduct. The league requires background checks for all coaches, referees, and staff, and also provides training and resources to educate players, guardians, and other stakeholders on how to identify and report abuse. Additionally, the league has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abuse and has implemented reporting processes to ensure that all complaints are investigated promptly and fairly. The Gulf Coast Premier League is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all its players, and is dedicated to providing a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone involved in the sport.
