The GCPL has announced Foley Sports Tourism Championship Field as the hosting site for both the men’s and women’s GCPL Cup final on July 29th. With the playoffs set to begin on July 15th here’s a look into an early playoff picture and the road to Foley, AL.
Men’s Division
The men’s division playoffs will see the top two clubs from each conference advanced into two pots. Pot A will consist of the conference winners, where best points per game (PPG) will seed the clubs from 1-3. Pot B will consist of the second place teams from each conference and PPG will seed those clubs from 4-6. The top two seeds (#1 and #2) will have a bye week and host the semifinals on July 22nd where the lowest seed from the quarterfinals will travel to #1 and highest to #2. The remaining seeds will be placed into the quarterfinals where #3 will host #6 and #4 will host #5.
