Newcomers, Boca Knights FC, leave Alexandria with a 1-1 draw in preseason action

In their first contest of it’s existence, Boca Knights came away with a 1-1 draw against the 2014 third place Pool Boys FC. Boca Knights were formed last month and have only played a game or two before their meeting with PBFC. “Getting a result like this, against a quality side, we are going in to this season with some good momentum” said coach Francoise Browne.

PBFC coach Jeremy Poklemba said he was “impressed with the level of talent” that Boca has and that “they should compete well in the LPL”.

Boca will represent the Shreveport area and looks to showcase the talent that resides in Northwest Louisiana.
