SECTION 7: UNIFORMS

7.1 PLAYER UNIFORMS. ($25 Fine)  Each Team must have two complete, distinct sets of identical uniforms. One set must serve as the home uniforms and the other set must serve as the away uniforms. Slide pants or compression shorts may be worn under uniform shorts if they match the predominant color of the uniform shorts.

Both teams should have both jerseys (light and dark) available for all games. The home team has the right to select the color of its home uniform and must inform the league Operations Manager 2 weeks prior to the scheduled game. 

7.1.1 TEAM LOGO. ($25 Fine)  The team name and/or team logo must be present on the front of the game jerseys.

7.1.2 GCPL LOGO. ($25 Fine) Gulf Coast Premier League will provide the Gulf Coast Premier League Logo file prior to the start of each playing season. It is the responsibility of the team to have it printed on their uniforms. This logo must be permanently affixed to the left sleeve of the jersey.

7.1.3 UNIFORM NUMBERS. ($25 Fine)  Each uniform must contain numbers on the back. Number size must be a minimum of eight (8) inches on the back of the jersey. Jersey numbers for players can change on a week to week basis and should be reflected on the 18-man rosters.

7.1.4 EXTRA UNIFORM. Each club shall have extra uniforms to utilize in the events that a jersey, shorts or socks ripping, tearing or being bled on. 

7.1.5 WARM UP BIBS. Players must wear Select Sports warm up bibs, provided by the league, during pregame warm ups and throughout the contest if not playing in the match. Teams are responsible for keeping stock of the Select Sports bibs.

7.2 GOALKEEPER KITS. Goalkeeper kits must be distinct from both the home team and the visiting team. The referee has the authority to require a goalkeeper jersey change. All teams must travel with at least two (2) goalkeeper jerseys of different colors.

7.3 COACHES AND NON-PLAYING BENCH PERSONNEL ATTIRE. Coaches and assistant Coaches  are strongly encouraged to maintain a neat, clean, and  professional appearance on the sidelines.

7.4 PLAYER DRESS CODE. Players and Team staff should maintain a neat, clean, and  professional appearance at all times while in public, especially during all Team travel, including  travel to and from the Home Team city and stadium.
