8.9 CHANGES TO THE MASTER SCHEDULE. ($415 Fine) Any changes to Gulf Coast Premier League Master Schedule must be agreed to first by both clubs with the Game Change Form (below) completed by both parties. The club making the initial request will then email the league operator (admin@gcplsoccer.com) of the request, which is to be made no later than two (2) weeks prior to the originally scheduled match. The League’s Operator and Assignor will review such requests and may approve or disapprove of the schedule change request pending referee availability and other factors. Any Master Schedule changes needing to be made less than two (2) weeks prior to the originally scheduled match date will automatically require a Game Change Fee equal to the referee fees ($315) for the originally scheduled crew and an admin fee of $100. Game Change Fees are the responsibility of the team necessitating the change (teams may agree to split the Game Change Fee if need is mutual).
